the Global Climate Changes.

The increase of Global temperature can make
catastrophic consequences of climate change
during following 10 years. It’s warned by the
international group of the scientists in the
report Meeting The Climate Challenge.
According to this research, if temperature on
our Planet will increase on 2 degrees per one
year, in comparison with 1750 when had began
development of an industry; the Earth will have
irreversible changes of climate and global nature.
Since 1750, on last data, average temperature
has increased on 0,8 degrees per one year. However
researchers warn, that taking into account rates
of pollution of an environment, critical mark
the mankind can reach in ten years or earlier,
when the concentration CO2 (basic heat-trapping
gases) in an atmosphere will have 400 prm. Now
concentration is 379 prm and it increased more
than on 2 prm per one year. The consequences
of increase of Global temperature are quite
predicted. It will be Glaciers melting, sea-level
rise and make coastal flooding in one territories
and desert in other territories, degradation
of Forests and devegetation of other vegetation
types, occurrence of many diseases.
Even the small increase of a level of World
Ocean (just a couple of inches) will cause panic
moods in the world financial markets, exchanges
and can make their complete collapse. For example,
the total cost of the real estate in Manhattan
is 5õ1039 $. The fast fall of cost of the real
estate only of this island by the area 14 000
àcr is capable to disorganize bank sector and
economy of such richest state, as is USA and,
as a consequence on chain reaction, to disorganize
of economy of all States of the World. It will
be the deepest global economic and political
crisis, which will happen long before the real
climate changes. It’s necessary to note, that
with the further climate changes, the States
of the World can’t decide a problem effectively,
because will be in the deepest financial crisis.
Because it will be impossible to move such huge
amounts of the people to new not flooded territories,
and to create the new an infrastructure for
their residing.
The decision of a problem is only one --- It’s
impossible to admit beginnings of Glaciers melting
now, while the world financial and political
circuit is capable effectively to resist to
this. It’s impossible to pass a point of Glaciers
melting now, because after, we shall not have
the effective financial and economic mechanism
to resist to the Global Climate changes.

Transport is
the Basic source of emission in
an atmosphere of the Earth.

The automobile park of a planet has 700 millions
automobiles, thousand ships, planes, locomotives
and other different stationary engines. The
basic engine of transport system of a planet
is internal combustion engine. This engine has
huge prevalence that is why it’s impossible
to replace it by any other source of mechanical
energy.
The burns of 1 tons of gasoline in the engine
produce 180-300 kg of carbon dioxides, 20-40
kg of carbohydrates, and 25-45 kg of nitro oxides.
In different regions, the auto transport made
emission to atmosphere from 80 up to 90 % till
of carbon dioxides and 70 % till oxides of nitrogen.
Also, emissions add in ground heavy metals and
other harmful substances. The components of
the exhaust gases made such negative phenomena
as could, acid rains, heat-trapping gases in
Earth atmosphere.
That is why; we should have system on prevention,
neutralization or reduction of negative consequences,
which were made by the automobile. We should
have the real international ecological mechanism
already now.

It’s an especially necessary to say, that Kyoto
protocol is one of the major documents of the
international politics in the field of ecology.
This document was born more than 30 years and
for this time has the unbelievable logic perfection’
as the document. But no more, because as the
fact, Kyoto protocol is not the efficient ecological
mechanism. The reason is one - richest country
of the World, USA has not accepted this protocol,
because it’s not favorable to US national economy.
The mechanism of "sale and purchase of
the Clean Air" without participation of
USA will not work. That is why; the States of
the World should have other ecological mechanism,
which could work as the local technical decision.
It should be the legal mechanism without any
international economic obligations for the separate
State. On our sight, most simple ecological
mechanism its introduction of new ecological
norms on operation of auto transport. Because
the motor industry is local technical sphere.
This sphere has the advanced structure of service
and operation with an opportunity of full control
and certification. That is, the new technical
innovations in this area are the real technical
mechanism, which in turn, enables creations
of the real working ecological mechanism.
If the ecological problem will have progress
at a level motor industry, it, as a rule, will
blocks the basic emissions in the Earth atmosphere.
That is, the new international rigid ecological
norms on operation of a motor vehicle are the
real working ecological mechanism.

Ecologically
clean sources of vehicle energy.
|

There are directions on replacement of the
internal combustion engine by other sources
of energy. The program of creation of the hydrogen
automobile is most widely known. The scientific
analysis of this program shows, that it is a
deadlock scientific direction and incompetent
political initiative.
The main problem is that the hydrogen makes
explosion at contact to oxygen of air. Therefore
reliable technical devices on a storage and
transportation of such explosive fuel are very
difficult. Moreover, these technologies are
at a stage of laboratory experiments. The introduction
on a level of industrial technologies can have
tens and tens years.
Secondly, it will require creation of an essentially
new fuel infrastructure in scales of a Planet.
But most important, that the level of modern
industrial technologies is not capable to supply
of reliable functioning of such ramified and
explosive infrastructure, because any simple
outflow of hydrogen at the pump will cause explosion
all gas-station.
Thirdly, according to this deadlock scientific
initiative, manufacture of hydrogen is planned
to make from petroleum, not from water. Thus
the recycling of collateral products from 1
ton of hydrogen will cost about 1 million US
dollars. That is, the hydrogen automobile at
all does not decide a problem of ecology and
does not decide a problem of fuel crisis. Because,
it does not replace petroleum as a source of
energy.
But main, the speed of a Global climate changes
is so fast, that simply there is no time for
creation of any alternative fuel system in scales
of a Planet and there is no time for replacement
of the automobile with the internal combustion
engine to any other, with any other source of
energy.

That is why; fastest and simple way is improvement
of the internal combustion engine. It’s necessary
to note, taking into account speed of Global
climate changes, it’s a one and the sole way.
The alternative simply is not present, because
there is no time.
